HEITUS Closes Fund IV at $640M:
Full Institutional Subscriptions
The firm’s largest vehicle to date, and the third flagship launched since 2021
HEITUS Capital Management has closed Fund IV at $640M, above its $500M target and with full institutional subscriptions, the firm’s largest close to date and the third flagship vehicle launched since 2021.
The vehicle will be deployed across Asia-Pacific over the next three years, with roughly 60% of commitments allocated to direct private equity, 25% to structured equity and credit instruments, and the balance held in co-investment positions alongside third-party sponsors.
For HEITUS, the close reflects a shift in how allocators have approached private markets. The firm’s view is that the category has matured: pricing has normalised, reporting has standardised, and the investors allocating today are underwriting managers rather than access.

Building for the long term
HEITUS plans to deploy the vehicle selectively, partnering with operators that have already proven they can hold margin through a full cycle. The firm expects to write roughly eight to twelve platform positions over the deployment window, alongside a continuing programme of structured credit against contracted cash flows.
Around 80% of the capital is expected to come from institutions and multi-family offices, with the balance from professional investors and the firm’s own balance sheet — a deliberate alignment structure that puts principal at risk alongside limited partners.
At least 4% of the fee base is committed to the firm’s operational build-out across three regional offices. This includes allocating more space to portfolio monitoring, adding a dedicated data and reporting function, and widening the investment team so that the same level of attention reaches every position. The result is a firm designed to be more responsive to the companies it backs.
The power of partnership
This disciplined approach to allocation has also shaped the partnerships HEITUS builds around its own capital.
From the earliest stages of the fundraise, the investment and distribution teams worked closely as partners, bringing their respective perspectives to the structure of the vehicle and the mandate it pursues.
“We believe private capital works best when it is patient, structured honestly, and managed by a team that has stayed with its holdings through a full cycle. Fund IV is an expression of that belief, and we are grateful to the institutions that have partnered with us. We have brought rigour, patience and conviction together to build a vehicle we can be proud of for the companies we back.”
For HEITUS, the scale of the close is encouraging. It confirms that allocators continue to value disciplined underwriting and aligned economics over headline returns.
Deployment of Fund IV is expected to begin in the first quarter.
